P & S Real Estate is located at Andrew Square in South Boston. Easily accessible by the subway (Red Line stop – Andrew), or from the highway (Rt. 93). Just minutes away from downtown Boston. The office is located on the corner of Dorchester Avenue and Preble Street, on the second floor of a two story, brick, commercial building, directly across from Mt. Washington Bank and diagonally across from Dunkin Donuts.

From points south of Boston:
Take Rt. 93 North to exit 16, at the end of the ramp turn right on Southampton Street. Andrew Square is at the next set of lights. P & S Real Estate is located on the right across the intersection.

From points north of Boston:
Take Rt. 93 South to exit 15, at the end of the ramp turn right on Columbia Road. At first set of lights turn right on Dorchester Avenue. Go straight, pass Rt. 93 overpass and P & S Real Estate will be located at the second set of lights on the corner of Dorchester Avenue and Preble Street.

By MBTA
Take the Red Line to "Andrew", one stop after "JFK/UMass" going inbound, three stops after "Downtown Crossing" going outbound (either Braintree or Ashmont train). When leaving Andrew T station turn right, walk diagonally across the square.

Please park in front of the building or on any of the streets near Andrew Square.
